ESCA AGM 14th Nov ’18 – Reminder
Just a reminder that the ESCA Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 14th November at Inverleith (Stewarts Melville Clubhouse EH5 2DW) at 7.30pm. Presentation of Fairplay Trophies & Divisional Batting / Bowling Prizes will be held at start of meeting before formal business of the AGM (ESCA (Saturday) League Trophies will be presented at ESCA Annual Dinner on Friday 23rd November).
AGM Motions – any AGM Motions from Clubs, requiring to be voted on at the AGM, should be provided, in writing, together with Seconder (Club) no later than Friday 19th October in order that these can go out as part of formal AGM Notice. Motions should be sent to Jim Brims – ESCA Secretary.
Please note that any new teams seeking to join ESCA (Saturday) Leagues for 2019 should also advise Jim Brims – ESCA Secretary – no later than Friday 19th October in order that these can also go out as part of formal AGM Notice. Teams requiring to reapply to the lowest League under Rule 3.9 also require to advise Jim Brims – ESCA Secretary – no later than Friday 19th October.
