ESCA AGM 2017 – Advance Notice
As advised in recent email to club secretaries, ESCA Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 14 November at Inverleith (Stewart’s Melville Clubhouse EH5 2DW) at 7.00pm – Presentation of Trophies / Prizes will be held at start of meeting before formal business of the AGM.
AGM Motions – any AGM Motions from Clubs, requiring to be voted on at the AGM, should be provided, in writing, together with Seconder (Club) no later than Thursday 19 October in order that these can go out as part of formal AGM Notice. Motions should be sent to Jim Brims – ESCA Secretary.
